Sorry about the delay in popping this message to Metalog for distribution, but I overlooked it in the general mayhem. Even though there have been no new messages since September 96, I still consider the purpose of the list an important one, so I've been thinking of the list as dormant rather than dead. However, given the reality of the situation, perhaps I *should* just kill it...any opinions?
